Martinique Cruisers
There’s a very angry man running around all the boats anchored in pictured area (NW Le Marin bay) with a machete and bolt cutters and yelling at them they can’t anchor there and it’s prohibited and to move or he is going to cut their anchor chain. He’s extremely angry, erratic and dangerous. The police have been called but putting warning here to avoid that area even if it is allowed. Is it prohibited? Surely if it was prohibited the proper authorities would come ask people to leave rather than this guys tactics?
