Z jeszcze „ciepłego” porównania rejestrów narodowych wypływają ciekawe wnioski.
Pierwszy jest natury globalnej, zła opinia otwartych rejestrów (FOC) inaczej mówiąc tzw. „tanie bandery” definitywnie odchodzi do lamusa.

Drugi to może jeszcze nie wniosek ale taka „narodowa” i dość tajemnicza ciekawostka. Jeżeli znakomita większość naszych statków pływa pod FOC to kto tak bardzo popsuł nam opinie? Wskazałbym na nasze Navy ale oni razem z jednostkami rządowymi nie podlegają inspekcji PSC, musi to być jakiś większy spisek.
